The Parker NFM nitrogen membrane module produces nitrogen by separating it from a clean compressed air stream using hollow fibre membrane technology. This enables a continuous and reliable supply of nitrogen with a purity ranging from 95.0% to 99.5%.
The module can be integrated into a nitrogen generator or applied directly within your process. This allows you to generate an on demand, continuous flow of nitrogen gas tailored to your application.
Compared to conventional membrane modules, the NFM distinguishes itself through a higher gas output per module. As a result, fewer modules are required to achieve the same capacity. This leads to a more compact installation, reduced pipework and lower integration costs.
Generating nitrogen gas with membrane technology has many benefits over bulk supply of nitrogen such as gas cilinders or liquid nitrogen supplies. Additionaly, Parker patented polymer fibre structure offers great advantages over it’s competitors.
