Custom Nitrogen Generator Installed at Fenzi

Fenzi, a leading company in the production and distribution of materials and chemicals for the glass industry, faced a challenge: their existing nitrogen generator was not functioning properly, posing a risk to the production process. Fenzi turned to Avilo for help, as a reliable nitrogen supply is essential for continuous and optimal production.

Avilo provided an effective solution by installing a replacement membrane system, quickly resolving the immediate issue. At the same time, Fenzi’s future nitrogen needs were assessed. It became clear that greater capacity and higher purity would be necessary to meet future demands. Avilo therefore recommended a completely new, custom-built AV9 nitrogen generator. 

The new generator, installed on-site by our technicians, features a user-friendly interface for monitoring nitrogen quality. With a capacity of 125 m³/h, 96% purity, and a working pressure of 7.5 bar, Fenzi is now ensured a reliable and efficient nitrogen supply—preventing further production interruptions and allowing room for future expansion.
