BaseFluxx Nitrogen Generator

The BaseFluxx nitrogen generator from Avilo has been specially developed to provide the right nitrogen flow for the waters ACQUITY® QDa® mass detector. But with its steady nitrogen pressure and affordable spacesaving design, the BaseFlow can be used for a variety of applications within the laboratory environment.

Multiple models available

The BaseFluxx nitrogen generator comes in 3 models, producing 20, 40 or 60 litre of high quality nitrogen per minute at a pressure of 8 bar. While most BaseFluxx generators are used in combination with a ACQUITY QDA mass detector, the produced nitrogen gas can be used for other laboratory applications as well, such as sample preparation / solvent evaporation for example.

Easy installation & Maintenance

Connect the unit to a compressed air source and the application. Adjust the inlet pressure and set the right nitrogen outlet pressure for your application with the two regulators. That’s all! The maintenance activity required by the BaseFluxx can easily be done by the operator under 15 minutes. Conveniant maintenance packages are available from stock.
