Parker OIL-X OVRP Oil Vapour Adsorber

The Parker domnick hunter Oil Vapor Reduction - OVRP - adsorbers free compressed air from oil vapor that is not captured by other filtration components. This allows for the production of technically oil-free air that complies with ISO8573-1 Class 0 or Class 1. For this purpose, the OVRP uses activated carbon pellets that absorbs not only oil vapour, but also carbon odours. Ideal for use within the food industry.

High efficiency during industrial use

In contrast to activated carbon filter elements, activated carbon adsorbers are ideal for removing oil vapor over a long period of time, up to 12 months of continuous use. However, the Parker OVRP is unique in its design. The efficient filling method of the compact activated carbon cartridges maximizes the density of the carbon bed which prevents wear of the carbon pellets and therefore carbon dust carryover. As a result, filters downstream won’t get clogged. In addition, the carbon cartridges are easy to change, which reduces downtime and costs.
