The Parker KE-MT 120-600 adsorption dryers dry compressed air to a dew point of -25°C, -40°C (standard) or even -70°C. With a flow rate of up to 6100 m3 per hour, these units are suitable for applications with medium air consumption. Supplied as standard with pre and after filtration and also available in an ATEX version.
Parker cold regenerative dryers are based on PSA – Pressure Swing Adsorption – technology and therefore do not have heat related complications like their heated counterparts. In addition, they do not require cooling air, which makes them more energy efficient. The CDAS and OFAS dryers are equipped as standard with pressure dew point control. This offers the advantage that the dryer adjusts its energy consumption to the pressure dew point of the outlet air. This further reduces energy costs and the CO2 footprint.
Depending on the selected dew point, the Parker KE-MT Series can achieve a compressed air quality of Class 2.1.2 according to ISO8573-1. The dew point has been tested according to the ISO7183 test method for compressed air drying and validated by Lloyds Register. This ensures reliable compressed air drying.
