High Purity Nitrogen for Industrial Plastic Packaging

High purity nitrogen system based on Pressure Swing Adsorption [PSA] technology. The nitrogen with a residual oxygen content of less than 250 PPM - nitrogen purity 99.975% - is used for the production of industrial plastic packaging by means of injection moulding.

The original installation from 2018 was completely dismantled and rebuilt within 2 days in October 2021 so that a new floor could be poured. The capacity of the installation was also doubled by the addition of a second NITROSource nitrogen generator with matching compressed air adsorption dryer. Utilizing press fittings for the pipework, systems such as these can be installed within a very short time or expanded when necessary.
